What words could possibly explain the crazy awesome time I had photographing Virginia and David’s wedding? Since the first day we sat down to discuss their wedding plans I instantly connected with them and knew this was going to be one wild ride.
We started off by photographing their engagement session around NYC, including stops at Central Park, Times Square, Tiffany’s, and of course, Grand Central Station. Not a dull moment with these two as I had to do my very best to keep up with them. Knowing how great we connected, I knew their wedding day was going to be exciting, and that was just the understatement of the year.
Virginia and David decided to do a first look before their wedding so we can get all of the photos we needed before hand. This allowed them to have their own time to attend cocktail hour after the ceremony, and not to mention give Virginia time to change into her reception dress. You heard it right, Virginia had a separate dress and shoes for just the reception. As you can tell from the photos, she looked stunning all day long!
Congratulations to Virginia and David, it was such a pleasure photographing their wedding, and very proud to now call them my friends.
I leave you now with images from the day. There were far too many great images to choose from, so I apologize for the very extensive post, but keep in mind, if you click the thumbnails, you can view large/sharp resolution images the way they were meant to be seen.
